All work is carried out in-house at our Southport store.

Our specialist equipment can pressure test watches up to 5 bar (50 metres). This level of water resistance is commonly associated with everyday water exposure and light swimming, subject to the watch manufacturer's guidance. A successful pressure test confirms the watch has passed under the tested conditions at the time of testing. It does not guarantee future water resistance or protect against water ingress or water damage.

No polishing or refinishing is carried out, preserving the watch's existing finish and character.

Replacement parts not included. All Rolex service requests are subject to an initial assessment. Before accepting a watch, our watchmaker will assess its condition and the work required. Watches requiring extensive restoration, significant movement repairs or specialist work may be declined. If we are unable to carry out the required work to our standards, the watch will be returned without proceeding with the service. All servicing is carried out in-house at our Southport store. Your watch remains with us throughout the entire process and is never sent to a third party.

Our authentication service provides a general assessment of the watch as a whole. It does not guarantee that every individual component is genuine, original to the watch or factory-fitted. While the dial and hands are visually inspected, we cannot guarantee their authenticity or originality. Individual internal movement components, including wheels, gears, screws and other small parts, are also not individually authenticated.
